completed order email not sending?

I am using Woocommerce tickets with the Event Calendar Pro plug in. I have reviewed the email tab in set up. It appears that I have the completed order email enabled. None of the order emails are sending. Can you direct me to figure out what the issues is?
Second question:
I am using WooCommerces integration with Zapier to automated the addition of new names as they register for classes into Active Campaign.
I have set up the Zapier on the Active campaign side but I do not understand how to connect it with each individual event ticket set up in Woocommerce.
I have 20 different events that all need to sync via Zappier to Active Campaign into 5 different lists.
