Not Complete solution

One of the best rating plugins. It is a complete solution for rating posts and comments.

The big problem is that it has no cookie or Local Storage to prevent the users from voting more times. IP is good, but IP+Local Storage or IP+cookie would be better.

I would be happy to rate this plugin 5/5 start but only when it will have IP+Local Storage or IP+cookie fraud prevention.
