Complete remove and re-install

Big fan of WF, it’s awesome!
We have one problem when we’re moving the sites from our developer server to one.com. An many of our clients are using one.com
Developer: https://beingfit.isreborn.com
Public: https://beingfit.dkI’ve tried removing wordfence and all the tables: https://rebornincorporated.com/share/wf-help.png , but it still comes up with the error.

So my question is how to remove it forever so we can move the site, and then we can install it again when it’s up, or is there another way to do it?
