Complete order email doesn’t have download link

  • Hi, I use the order details (one with the picture) in my complete order email. In normal Woocommerce email it would have download link next to each item, but it doesn’t show up in your template. Any advise please? May be I missed some setting.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I just took a test on my site, the file link is available in the template: https://prnt.sc/DJHz-bEQ7EQ5

    I also checked with the Completed template, there’s no problem.

    If for the same product on your site, the link shows in WooCommerce default email, but does not show in our email template, you may try these steps. I doubt this is a conflict.
