complete mess after server update affecting all sites using this plugin

1 -search form not longer working for many mlss (producing no results)

2- links for listings on cities and zip code pages as explained here https://helpdesk.diversesolutions.com/ds-idxpress/dsidxpress-link-structure/ , for example , as city https://livingnorthwest.com/idx/city/bellevue/ all the listings urls show and extra underscore before the zip code for the listing pages, this is changing the urls for all websites using dsidxpress massive 404 errors since is modifying all the urls
penalties from google on excesive 404 not found erros and duplicate content penalties with google causing a huge damage to all of market leaders’ diverse solutions customers

3- huge manipulation of mapping with listings additional details section shrinking dramatically

all this and more need urgent attention as something affecting all of market leaders customers using dsidxpress with huge implications.
is this a scam?
who is responsible and why? any zillow interest?
