Complete inaccessible blog after your upgrade 2 months ago

I have been trying to resolve this for a few months now!

I was being prompted to upgrade and when I attempted to to what it said now I can not get into my blog at all.

I saw nothing. It keeps putting up phpMyAdmin and I can’t DO anything because I don’t understand the programming language being used.

I expected to be able to still use my blog after I performed the upgrade it asked for and can not.

Can I get someone to log onto my account and fix what I did so I can use my blog again?

Can SOMEone please help me! So far the only help I am getting is more people sending me more links and I don’t understand it.
