Thanks for your review. I am sorry you feel this way. You actually had contact with me (lead support). Together with our developer I coded large parts of the plugin. Next to that I have over 15 years of experience in digital advertising, especially in Google Ads, so trust me, I know what I am talking about.
As explained in our email conversations I had great difficulties trying to understand what it is you are trying to accomplish. I am sorry you feel we still don’t understand even though we tried real hard and asked for clarification multiple times.
Next time, please let us know beforehand you are unhappy with our plugin, service and support by email as officially topics and reviews on the paid, license, part of our plugin are not allowed on the public WP forum.
Since you decided to move to another plugin you are entitled to a refund so let me know if you require one so we can arrange things.
