    Hi there,

We’ve got a critical error now. We’re running the latest version of the plugin and WorldPay confirm the account is fine, but every time we go through to payment instead of getting to the WorldPay pages it just stops on a page on our site with the following details:

    Pay for Order

    Order Number: XXXX
    Date: 19th July 2017
    Total: £XX.XX
    Payment Method: WorldPay

This means no one can currently use WorldPay to pay for anything on the site. Do you have any idea what is going on!

    Website is: https://www.couturefabrics.com/

    Thanks,
    Simon

The problem is with your theme. As you can see that page fails to download completely and nothing works on it. The plugin uses a woocomerce filter to add the data needed to be sent to worldpay and a script to auto make the redirect, your page fails to download because of an error and the data is not added trough the filter.
The plugin works fine with Twenty Fifteen and the latest version of wordpress and woocommerce.

Given we’ve successfully accepted payment before and haven’t updated the theme since then has anything changed in the plugin that could case this?

As you can see i haven’t updated the plugin for 2 months, what might have changed is that you have installed some other plugins that brake the basic woocommerce.

Hi, I’m getting the same problem.
As you mentioned above, I’ve deactivated any plugins that interfere with WooCommerce. But it still hangs on the same screen and doesn’t direct to WorldPay.

Paypal is active but it is not a plugin and I’m running WooCommerce Version 2.6.14 if it helps.

    Thanks,
    Sam

Yeah. I managed to get it working by reverting to the previous version of the plugin (1.3.0). If I update, it doesn’t work so I’m just going to have to stick with the old version. It doesn’t let you pick currency either but at least the site can accept payment.

You need to update woocommerce if you want the latest version to work. If not try to get an older version of the plugin from the development tab.

Brilliant. Reverting back to 1.3.0 seems to have worked (in test mode for now).
Thank you very much for quick responses @mdsilviu; @simonemmins.
