"Complete Donation Text" field is not editable

  • I’m not sure anyone else is having this issue, but in the Display Options of my forms, I clearly see the “Complete Donation Text” option, but I’m unable to edit the field label itself. The cursor displays in the edit box, but nothing I do actually changes the text. Is there a way to get around this, so that I can change the text from “Donate Now” to something else? (I’m using the Graphene theme)

    Thanks in advance! So far, I’m quite liking the Give plugin, and appreciate the thorough documentation on customizing it.

    Hi there,

    This sounds like a plugin conflict.

    Please deactivate all other plugins besides Give. If the problem is resolved at that point, re-activate each plugin one by one checking for the problem again until you encounter it again. Let us know which plugin caused the conflict and we’ll look into a workaround.

    If after you deactivate all other plugins, the problem is still there, then it’s most likely a conflict with your theme. Let us know which theme it is and we’ll look into a workaround.

    Thanks! I think it is indeed a theme conflict. I’m using the Graphene theme, which hasn’t been updated in some time. However, I found a workaround: if I un-publish the form, I can edit the text box. Very odd, but probably not worth your trying to duplicate the error, as the theme itself is sadly rather out-dated and probably won’t be in use for much longer.
