• After all the song and dance to connect to my 1TB Dropbox account – and trying to flog me the Business version in the process – the backup FAILED miserably, giving a cryptic message that is absolutely nonsensical to anyone who is not a PHP coder.

Dropbox Backup wasn’t created. There is not enough script running time to perform backup operations, please increase the PHP variable max_execution_time.

If it told me WHERE, I might try and take a look, in my cPanel’s File Manager, take a peek and do a search, but I have over 6000 files on my server, I am beggered if I know which one it is that I would find the bloody variable!

Taraa Dropbox, 1 TB I won’t be using for backups.

Off to find a better plugin, probably by a MUCH smaller, much more CLEVER outfit that is nOT Dropbox – charging me £7.99 a month for space I certainly can’t use with THEIR application!

HA! I knew I should have gone with an Indie!

    Hello,

in Backup & Restore Dropbox Settings there is the setting “Waiting time (minutes)” where you can change the time.
