Complete a database upgrade message in admin.

The following message is appearing at the top of the page in the WP Admin.
Easy Digital Downloads needs to complete a database upgrade that was previously started, click here to resume the upgrade.
No matter how many times I click on “here” the message doesn’t go away. This is the link.
