    Hi,

Looking at the page listed, I can see you’ve set a Search and an RSS feed using Fast eBay Listings.

The Search appears to be failing as you have set it up to find item on eBay from the seller with the username ‘naturesmedicine’ – however, there does not appear to an eBay seller called ‘naturesmedicine’. Are you trying to show items from your eBay store, or just general items from any eBay seller? Do you have a seller entered into your Search shortcode or block, or maybe a default seller set in the plugin options? If you do not wish to limit results to those from a specific seller, leave these seller fields blank.

The RSS Feed item is failing with a 400 error code, because you’ve pasted in a URL to an eBay search listing, which is not actually an RSS feed. Do you have an RSS feed you wish to use here, or were you just experimenting to try and get something working?

Hope that gives you some pointers, but if not, let me know in more detail what items on eBay you’d like to display and I’ll try to guide you more.

    Best regards, Arthur.

Regarding results showing in the back end but not the front end, this may be a bug, I will look into diagnosing and resolving that in the next release.

In the meantime, to get things working for you right now, I suggest you ensure:

    1. On the setting tab ‘Default eBay Query Options’ you leave blank the field ‘Default Seller eBay usernames(s)’
    2. On Fast eBay Listings blocks you add in the page editor, leave blank the field ‘Seller eBay username(s)’

With both of these fields blank, you should ensure your eBay queries return results from any seller on eBay. Hope that helps.

Quick update, I’ve just released a new version of the plugin (v2.12.8) that fixes the issue you encountered with Block previews not using default seller and categories chosen from with in the Plugin’s settings. This was causing the results shown in the preview to deviate from those shown on the published page.
