Competitive Pricing Plugin Integration

Can this plugin be integrated with this Google Shopping Plugin. This plugin dynamically changes the pricing based on competitors. It gives the products an ad rank inserted into a custom field. The ad rank is based on how low the price is in relation to the competitors. We would only want to export products with an ad rank of 3 or lower. In other words, we would only want to include products in the feed that have a value of 3 or lower in the provided custom field.
