Competition league rank sorting

    Hi Pieter,
    great work, i really like your plugin!!

    I have one problem with the ranking of the table (league).
    If the number of victories (e.g. 3-0-1), and the number of points (e.g 8-2 -> +6) is the same for more than one player, it ranks not correct.
    Next metric would be number of games (tennis, e.g. 46/23 -> +23 | 39/19 -> +20 | 42/28 +14).
    Is there any trick to sort it differently, or manual?
    Or is an update necessary?

    If you want, i could translate to german?

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I’ll try to reproduce what you report. Apparently, your interest is tennis.
    My understanding is that 2 competitors that have the same number of points AND the same number of sets won/lost shall now be ranked on number of games won/lost.

    I guess this is not done today; but makes sense, I agree.

    I’ll look into it.

    Yes, it’s about tennis. You got the problem correct.
    Sort on winning games difference, and after that on more wins would be great (if difference is the same, e.g. 46/23 is better than 45/22)!!

    I never translated a plugin before.
    Started with some translations. Is that the way it works?
    You have to approve it?

    Hi Frank,

    Considering the translation, WordPress has very nice support for this.
    Officially I have to nominate you to become an editor (for German) and the overall German language chief shall grant permission that you may add translations. I don’t have to approve and I cannot because I am not a native German!

    I worked on the stable release.
    Hopefully most makes sense. Its hard without knowing context (header, button, etc.).
    I will later improve it, seeing it in the plugin itself, will make it easier.

    Ok, good to hear!

    Wrt the translation: it seems that the German translation process is quite thorough (what else to expect ;-)).
