Competibity issue with most of the themes

What’s the issue? Themes shouldn’t make much difference – obviously some might need some CSS tweaks, but the thing should work. Try twenty twelve for example.

[jobs] is inserted into the html view of the post content? Should at least get something output there. Activate twenty-twelve theme and get it working before switching to this theme and fixing up the CSS IMO, that way you’ll know its working.
