    Hi Oliver,

i really enjoy using your PlugIn – that makes my E-Learning courses much better.
I tried to use it with the new WordPress version 6.0 – there i got the problem, that some data was no longer tracked.
My data were tracked (in Firefox, not in edge), my collegues data weren’t tracked in both of the browsers.

Do you plan to make the plugin compatible for WordPress 6.0? I would appreciate it really much!

Thank you for your answer ??
    Lisa

    Hi Lisa!

First of all, I’d need to know what the problem might be. It’s running fine here on all kinds of browsers on 6.0.

    Could you please

    1. make sure to check whether your issue is already covered by the FAQ,
    2. check whether the contents are registered to be tracked in the plugin settings,
    3. activate the debug option in the plugin settings and report what the browser’s development console (usually opened by pressing F12) shows when you expect xAPI statements to be tracked, and
    4. check the server’s PHP error log for messages?

Without that information, it’s unfortunately a little like receiving a message that a car is not driving and being asked whether one could repair it without the slightest hint what might be broken and no way to inspect it ??

    Cheers,
    Oliver

@ls1146 Have you found time to read my answer and check whether that resolved the issue?

    Hey Oliver,

sorry for the late reply – it was a bit stressful before my vacation. I was able to solve the problem using the browser’s development console – the problem was not due to the plugin, but due to an export-import error.
I exported the version of my production system and imported it into my test system – the problem with H5P is that it still partially uses the domain of the production system. While I still can’t explain why it tracks for some people and not for some.
When I did all the updates directly in the production system (i.e. without the export and import), there were no such problems and it runs fine.

Sorry for the inconvenience! And thanks for your great support!

    Cheers
    Lisa

@ls1146 Hey! Don’t be sorry! I’m glad everything is working now. I’ll close the ticket then.
