compatible with multisite?

  • Hi there,

    I’ve just installed the plugin on a multisite but no settings fields appear on the woocommerce > settings > payments page.

    Any ideas? Thank you.

    Hi clk87,

    I don’t know if there is a conflict between the plugin and your ‘multisite’ website but the first thing I would check is if you have activated the plugin after installing it.

    I realise this step is an obvious one but often it is the obvious ones which are easiest to miss.

    If activation is not the issue then unfortunately the plugin will not be the solution for you. Another option could be to make use of the AddressFinder widget, configure this for your site and then add the code to your checkout.
