Compatible with Magento?

our e-commerce website is part WordPress and part Magento. On the basic desktop version viewable on mobile, the headers don’t appear spread across the top with dropdown options, but show up under “Main Menu” with every option appearing under there (not ideal). We want to utilize this plugin, but had a bad experience with WPTouch Mobile. They created a completely different (and quite ugly) new interface for our mobile site and only showed our WP pages – even the ones that are published but not linked on the main site. There is no way to actually shop on the mobile page, which is very bad considering we are an e-commerce site. Will our Magento pages show up if we use this plugin?
