Hi, is it correct that the latest version 4.1.5.2 is not working with WP 4.9.18?

I’m running a WP 4.9.18 site because my theme is not ready for WP 5.
After updating to 4.1.5.2 I have a fatal error that an undefined function is called do_blocks() in /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/app/Common/Traits/Helpers/WpContext.php

To make sure this is an reproducible error I did setup a fresh installation of WP 4.9.18 with no plugins except All in one and after activating All in one SEO 4.1.5.2 pages are not listed and not editable anymore, only a white srceen.

    Hi @just4me67,

Thank you for reporting the problem.

However, I was unable to replicate the problem on https://wpsandbox.net/.

Furthermore, AIOSEO will be discontinuing support for WordPress versions older than version 5.3 by the end of 2021, so it’s highly recommended to update your core WordPress to 5.3 or higher.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi and thank you for your answer.
But I could replicate the problem in https://wpsandbox.net/
I logged in, in a new Classic Press setup. I updated Classic Press to 1.3.1 after login.
Than I changed to pages and did setup 3 example pages.
    Than I installed AIOSEO.
After installing I activated the plugin.
Than I opened the pages again and now only one page is shown with a fatal error on the right side.
The frontend is white and empty…
I will also try it with an older WP installation on the sandbox tomorrow and get back to you.

    Info:
I will never use WP 5.x because of Gutenberg. I switched to Classic Press.

So, today I did the same setup with the option WP 4.9.9 in https://wpsandbox.net
I did the same steps like above with the Classic Press setup and I got the same fatal error:

    QSandbox Fatal error/exception:
    File: /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/app/Common/Traits/Helpers/WpContext.php
    Line: 229
    Request Id: eb4e461d295391bac6f52bf2e421c1da5e8509c7
    Plugin: all-in-one-seo-pack

If you think this is an error with the platform Contact us so we can look into it.

So I am a bit wondering why you can’t replicate the problem…

Hi! Any update on the 4.1.6 release? I cannot edit Woocommerce products due to the same error. Thanks!

@speedy200man it’s going to be released in about two weeks from now due to a minor delay. Can you reach out to us via our Basic Question form here – https://aioseo.com/contact. Just mention that I referred you and that you’d like a beta build that fixes this error. Our support team will be happy to hook you up and get you on your way again.
