    Hi @hassoun,

Have you enabled the FS Debug Mode on the shipping method’s configuration screen to check which rules exactly are triggered when these miscalculation occurs?

What’s the exact weight of the products you are adding to the cart when it happens? According to the screenshot you’ve attached (https://prnt.sc/bli6Xpz-hako) there are weight ranges not covered by the rules you’ve defined. E.g. there are uncovered gaps between:

    1.001 – 1.099 kg
    2.001 – 2.099 kg
    3.001 – 3.099 kg

Could you please fix these weight range gaps first and check if the problem still occurs?

    Kind regards,
    Luke

Hi @lusp , thanks for the help and insight.

    1. Do I always need 3 decimal points for ranges? My list goes on to 40 kg btw. I took screenshots of the first few rules only.

    2. The problem does not seem (according to my notice) with the multi-currency of WPML disabled.

I will try to replicate the same order (same weight) in the same country and currency. And will update you.

    Thanks!

    Hi @hassoun,

No, it’s not required to use the 3 decimal points for weight ranges all the time and it depends on the particular use-case. However, it’s highly advised since it’s a good way to avoid the occurrence of accidental uncovered range gaps.

Sure thing, run some tests and please keep me updated on this matter.

    Kind regards,
    Luke
