Compatibility with WPML for bilingual site

I created conditional menus in english and they all work great. I created the French versions of each one, but they don’t work in French. Is there any way to get it working in two languages (WPML is the translation plugin)?

Is there any way to communicate by email or something? I don’t want to share the URL publicly.
English and French screen captures. The English is fine but the associated French menus don’t appear or load on the front end. If I change the French menus manually, then it messes up the english menus:
