Compatibility with WP Retina 2x and Jetpack Tiled Gallery?

sorry, but I couldn’t find any information about that elsewhere:
Has anybody already tested compatibility issues for RICG with the WP Retina 2x Plugin and Jetpack Carousel Tiled Galleries?
At least, there is an incompatibility between the functionality of WP Retina 2x Plugin and the way how Jetpack handles the Retina image resizing in tiled carousel galleries (generating the appropriate thumbnails via Photon and a scale-argument for every img-tag – even for images that do are not related to the Carousel Gallery!).
The incompatibility between Jetpack Carousel and probably any other Retina Plugin, if activated both, is described here:

There seems to be no solution yet other then deactivating one of them…Does anybody has some experiences on that in combination with the RICG Plugin?
And is the RICG plugin compatible with EWWW Image Optimizer?
