Compatibility with WP External Links

  • Hi,

    I really want to switch over to this plugin from WP Gallery Custom Links but it seems this version overrides the WP External Links plugin I also use across the site. Could you please see if these plugins could work together as it means that _blank and nofollow attributes are added automatically to images in galleries, which is much easier than setting them all individually via your plugin.

    WP Gallery Custom Links is compatible – I believe this is because it has an option for Gallery Link Target that is “Do Not Change” and doesn’t try to individually set the nofollow on each image link. If there was an option for “Do Not Change” for nofollow as the default then maybe that would allow WP External Links to work like normal?

    Hello,

    Have you tried to modify the code in order to add the option To Not Change in it? Sorry, I am a bit busy until the end of summer but I would be happy to have a bit of help from other developers on this, and I would be glad to publish the new version with the change ??
