With relative success we’ve been using Popup Maker for a while. I see that there’s an update, 1.18.1, but it’s not showing as compatible with WP 6.2. Will this be getting tested/updated?

    Hi @kentmva,

Our main site as well as our test sites are all running WP 6.2 with the latest Popup Maker version without issues.

Our developers are constantly testing this plugin and keeping it updated to keep up with WordPress standards.

Feel free to let us know if you encounter any issues once you update. ??

If that is the case, then why does the plugin page only display “Compatible up to:?6.1.1″?

    Hi there,

I’m going to mark this as resolved as we haven’t heard from you in a while.

Feel free to create a new thread if you have other questions.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, Pop-up Maker does not yet work with WordPress 6.2.
Is it possible that certain settings need to be changed?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @nvgrins,

Are you seeing errors in Popup Maker with WordPress 6.2?

Could you tell us more about the issues you’re seeing?

If you wish for us to take a closer look, please send us more details by submitting a support ticket here: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/#submit-a-support-ticket

    Thanks!

There aren’t any errors when installing / activating / enabling pop ups. However, when enabling a pop-up and looking at a preview on the website. No pop-up will appear.

I will make submit a suppor ticket. Thank you
