    Hi,

I have just setup the default WooCommerce Stripe plugin from WC just to find out that it doesn’t support Apple pay (or any Payment Requests) for WooCommerce Bookings and neither for WooCommerce Product Add-ons.

Looking for an alternative, I found your plugin. Does your plugin provide compatibility with these plugins?

Also, I’d like to only authorise payments (and capture later).
    a) does your plugin offer this?
    b) do you know if authorise (and capture later manually) is compatible with Apple Pay and Klarna?

    Many thanks
    David

    Hi @alphax,

Thank you for contacting us. I personally have not tested the plugin for compatibility with those two plugins. If you like you can contact me directly via the Help button located in the plugin settings and we can discuss testing.

    a) Yes you can authorize payments for an order and then capture the payment at a later date.

    b) That ability to authorize and capture later is compatible with Apple Pay. I just read through the Stripe Klarna docs and they now support the ability to authorize a Klarna payment so I will be adding that in the next version.

    Hi Clayton,

    That’s great news.

No problem on the Bookings as well as Product Add-ons plugin being untested.

Once I can manually set-up my test API with stripe (as discussed in the other topic), I’ll check compatibility and reach out to you if any issues.

You mention that splitting Authorization and Capturing is possible with Apple Pay – is that just a simple setting in your plugin or more complicated?

In the meantime I have installed Klarna Payments plugin directly and it doesn’t seem to offer in the settings an option to split authorisation and capturing. If you’d be able to implement it this would very helpful.

    Thanks for your great support!

    Best,
    David

It’s a simple setting within the plugin.

Yes I will be adding the option to specify whether a payment is captured or authorized in the next release.

    Kind Regards,
