compatibility with wclovers marketplace

Hello,
we are planning to use geodirectory on a wordpress site with woocommerce AND wclovers marketplace.
As soon as I activate the geodirectory plugin, the site is broken (it loads but then the product description and the google map inserted by wclovers disappears and it shows only a grey box.
Do you know what is causing this issue? If it persists, I can’t use geodirectory (I also tried two different google maps api keys, but same issue.)
