Compatibility with Ultimate Member

I am trying to use this plugin to let my users open a ticket. The tickets page should be restricted to logged in users only. I installed Ultimate Member, which is one of the greatest and free user restriction plugins. and configured the pages as I wanted. However, once the Ultimate member is active, I can not access the create ticket page. It always redirects back to the control panel page. I double checked all the configurations, they are fine. The issue must lie somewhere in the codes.

Can you please check and advise?
