Compatibility with Theme or Selective Script Loading

  • We have a site running on the Brooklyn theme (https://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/?theme=brooklyn) and the theme & this plugin are having (apparent) compatibility issues in displaying background videos set within the theme.

    We’ve already checked the box for “Theme Video Problems” within the plugin’s compatibility settings and it doesn’t appear to have resolved the issue.

    Is there something more that can be done to ensure the theme’s background videos play smoothly?

    Or – is there a way to ONLY load this plugin’s files & such on specific pages?

  • I’m not using the same theme as you. I’m using a theme called Enfold (also on ThemeForest). But I’m also having the same problem.

    I’ve also enabled the option for theme video problems, and the background videos also have issues.

    Sometimes it works, sometimes I just get a black background.
    If I enable auto play in this plugin then the video background works all the time.

    But I don’t want my videos to auto play on pages they don’t need to.
