    Hi,

I am using Flatsome theme. These is an option from theme that allow us to equalize items on product slider on Home page.

As my website is still in lcoalhost, I couldn’t share you the link. The product slider I refer to is similar to “WEEKLY FEATURED PRODUCTS” as in Flastome’s site, https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/demos/shop-demos/classic-shop/

After using the plugin, the image size is greatly reduced, well done! However, the images on product slider are no longer equalized.

It resumes equalized when I deactivated the plugin.

    Can you help? Thanks!

  • Hello,

I think the images are not being processed if the website is on localhost as the images need to be publicly accessible for the optimisation to work.

If you manage to have a staging link that you could provide us with we would gladly take a look and help you debug and solve the issue.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I have just reactivated your plugin.

Please refer to this link, https://www.bunga2u.com/ – “Our Products” for more understanding.

The equalized setting as in Flatsome is no longer function. You may need to refresh the page few times until you spot one, as we set our products to show by random & not every image get affected. Yesterday I spotted 2, now I notice one- product name “Bridal 3”.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I’m unable to replicate the issue no matter how many times I refresh the page but if it only happens on some images, I would assume that those images were not yet processed. I think now that I can not replicate it is because they have been processed.

From checking the images it seams that those images are cropped and if not processed they would have a different aspect ratio witch I think is the issue you described.

But once processed this shouldn’t be an issue anymore.

Is this issue still present? If so you can contact us directly on https://optimole.com/#contact and I can send you our support plugin to investigate and help solve any issues.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Just noticed that I couldn’t find that image in my media library despite I could see it when uploading my product image from media library.

So, I chose “Upload file” instead of “Media Library” & upload the image one more time. Now, the issue is solved. All images are equalized as they are supposed to be!

    Thanks! ??

    Hello,

I’m happy to hear the issue is resolved.
I have already sent you the support plugin on our intern ticket, you can use it in the future if you encounter any issues we will help you debug them.

    Thank you!
