    Hi

For all widgets you have the possibility to choose to display it for all languages (default) or only one language.

Did you try to set up one Testimonial widget per language?

It is not a widget : it is a shortcode [testimonials_slider] included in a post.
I do not know if there is a language option ?

Do you have the premium or the freely available version?

But before use the shortcode you have created your content thanks to a testimonial widgets?

If I’m wrong could you provide some screen copies to reproduce your steps.

EDIT: Go in Appearance > Widgets > Testimonials Slider : General Options and uncheck: Disable “Testimonials Not Found”?

    Thanks Chysti for help.

I have created the testimonials with the plugin testimonials widget.
One thing : when I edit a testimonial, the langage is French, and no English translation is done. Might this cause the issue ?
Here is a link to screen copy
I do not want to translate it : how can I keep the French testimonial also in English ?

In the “general” settings of testimonials widget, when “Disable “Testimonials Not Found?” is checked, no testimonial nor message is shcown (English version). When it is checked, the message is “No testimonials found”. In both cases the French version is OK.

You must to create its english version and copy/paste the french content. So click on the + sign next to english in the language meta box.

    So :
    – this was NOT a compatibility issue
    – all WP objects (posts, pages, testimonials, events … must have their equivalence in both languages.
