Compatibility with Table Rate Shipping

    I have a store that uses Table Rate Shipping to decide the shipping cost(s). With this plugin installed, Local Pickup is always selected as the default shipping option. I’d prefer to have the normal Shipping option selected as default instead. Any suggestions? I’ve added some code to have the Shipping radio button checked, but that only works if you refresh the page after entering your address.
