Compatibility with Stripe ACH Transfer

    Hi, I am merely wondering whether CLeanTalk might affect Stripe’s ability to run ACH transfers. I am running a site with the Divi theme and WooCommerce and had a user complain that he tried to do ACH transfer on our site, but then got stuck staring at a spinning wheel until he finally gave up. When we tested ACH transfer before the site went live and CleanTalk had been installed, it seemed to be working fine. That’s why I’m wondering how CleanTalk either touches or doesn’t touch the process when Stripe initiates an ACH transfer. To clarify, the user was trying to connect his account for the first time, not run a charge on an already connected account. I have temporarily disabled Stripe ACH transfer on our website, but this URL may be helpful in showing the checkout process: https://www.coeduc.org/give/give/now/

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

    Please, go to Antispam by CleanTalk —> Settings —> Advanced settings —> Set the option “WooCommerce checkout form” to “Yes” —> Save changes —> test ACH transfer.

    If the problem persists, test ACH transfer with disabled Antispam plugin.
