    Hello,
I’m not sure to understand your problem… Do you mean that those buttons are missing into your TinyMCE editor?

Yes, when Page Builder plugin is installed, those buttons are missing from the TinyMCE editor.

If you deactivate Page Builder plugin those buttons appear again in TinyMCE editor.

Hmmm, this is quite strange. I’ve installed Origin PageBuilder on my dev environment, and the plugin’s buttons are still showing… Can you give me more infos? Is there any Javascript error, or a resource that didn’t load? Or can I have a deeper look into your blog to understand exactly what happen there?

Can I have some infos, like

    • Your site URL
    • Your wordpress version
    • PageBuilder version
    • iThoughts Tooltip Glossary version
    • A list of all eventual PageBuilder plugins

    Thanks

I have tested this now on a clean install of WordPress. I’m still having the same issue.

    To recreate the problem:

    Install iThoughts Tooltip Glossary plugin.

    Install SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin.

    Install SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin.

Now, create a new post or page and switch the editor to Page Builder:

    Go into the SiteOrigin editor:

The Glossary buttons are missing from the TinyMCE editor:

Thank you for your time looking into this.

Wow, thank you very much for this step-by-step bug explanation, it will be very helpful ??

Edit: Thanks to your description, I’ve understand what happens there, and that this bug is also present with Divi themes, for example, and a major part of plugins that have custom TinyMCE configuration. I’m already coding a fix ??

Wow, thank you! It was a mistake from me, I was hooking on an event that wasn’t called by custom editors! Fix in v1.1.4 ?? please confirm me that your problem is well solved ??

PS: For developers with this kind of problem, please read this thread from SiteOrigin and this WordPress codex page

Yes, I am using the Divi theme and have the same problem. Thank you for working on the fix so quickly.

I’ll try the non-glossary tooltips again then (the issue from my other thread that I am also happy you are looking into)
