Compatibility with Security plugins

We get “callback failed” error email when we activate security plugins like wordfence. Let me know if this plugin is compatible with Security plugins like wordfence, ithemes security etc.,

It looks like your plugins uses different type of callback which the security detects as risk. Let me know if you have any special instructions for this. We are using WordPress 541 and latest version of security plugins.
