Hi.
I’m using qtranslate for multi language content, and cfs for custom fields.

Everything worked fine so far with loop, date, text, textarea and select fields.

But I recently realized that when using an extra Wysiwyg Editor field, all content from the main Wysiwyg Editor is being replaced with the content entered in the extra Wysiwyg Editor field, for all languages.

I can’t edit the main Wysiwyg Editor, because when I update the page it always reverts to the content in the extra Wysiwyg Editor field.

And if I change the content in the extra Wysiwyg Editor field and then update the page, the main Wysiwyg Editor field gets updated with the new content.

I’m not expecting the plugin developers to check this, it’s not their responsibility.

But maybe somebody has seen the same behavior and managed to figure out a way to make it work?

Does the issue still occur when qTranslate is disabled?

With qtranslate disabled everything works as expected.

I did some further testing, and found that if I have more than one extra Wysiwyg editor field, the main editor content is being replaced with the content of the last Wysiwyg editor.

Also, the same content is being replaced for all languages.

If anyone else is having this issue, here’s what worked for me:

in the file qtranslate_javascript.php

look for
qtrans_save(switchEditors.pre_wpautop(o.content));

and replace with
```
if (ed.editorId.match(/^qtrans_/)) {
qtrans_save(switchEditors.pre_wpautop(o.content));
}
```

Thanks for posting but i didnt quite get this to work with WP Types plugin, I dont see why not tho, any one else have issue?
