Hello, is W3 Total Cache compatible with PHP 7.3? We ran a PHP compatibility check and the W3 Total Cache result was “Unknown” due to it being “too large to scan before the server killed the process.”

    Thank you!

    Hello @pappupavi,

You should disable W3 Total Cache and see if the issue persist. If you can not disable it via your wp-dashboard, you can do that via Cpanel or FTP. Go to wp-content/plugins/ and rename w3-total-cache to i.e. w3-total-cache_old. Try to reload your website and see if the issue persists.
If the problem indeed is with W3 Total Cache, you need to check with your host if you have sufficient files/folder permissions, make sure your host allows caching plugins, or there is a possibility that you are using some other caching plugin that may cause conflict.
