Compatibility with page builders

Love the simplicity of this plugin. However, I found that it doesn’t work with page builders. I believe the issue is because page builders will nest each content block several layers deep. I had to amend the plugin to allow a second shortcode to end the hidden section ([showhide_end] rather than [/showhide]) and amend the script.js to traverse the DOM to find a common ancestor to hide the content between the two shortcodes. Maybe an easier solution would be to allow a ‘hideClass’ attribute then you could just add that class to anything that you want to hide.
