Compatibility with other Twitter plugins

Whenever I activate other Twitter plugins Twiget just sits on ‘Loading tweets…’ and doesn’t work.
Tweetpressr and Tweet Old Post are the plugins I’m trying to use. The developer of Tweet Old Post says “Probably they need to use their Oauth library I guess..”.
Any help would be most appreciated.
