Compatibility with Nexi plugin

Hi,

we are using Nexi plugin as payment gateway for both credit card and PayPal. Here you can see it in my WP installation.

We are trying to add an extra fee for credit cards and PayPal with the free version of Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce plugin. Here you can see how the plugin manages this gateway.

On the checkout page we can see the right extra fee with credit card (see here) but not with PayPal (see here)

How to see the extra fee on both methods?
