    Hi Josh!,

Just now i have tried with a new account and have followed all the steps from “https://auth0.com/docs/cms/wordpress/configuration” but the message in admin panel is showing “The current user is not authorized to manage the Auth0 account. You must be both a WordPress site administrator and a user known to Auth0 to control Auth0 from this settings page.”

Even when i am logging out am directed to “error” page please check once https://ibb.co/dyOH2x.

    Error log is showing: https://ibb.co/e33vpc

    Please check once and suggest.

    Hi @auth0josh,

I have tested auth0 with multisite setup from fresh by following https://auth0.com/docs/cms/wordpress/configuration but still i am not able to login via auth0 to the multisite (i.e. to the sub-site).

I have configured everything as per instructions and have kept the login details (same as in multisite) in auth0 account users section.

One more thing, i can log in via wordpress login link but when i logout of the dashboard, i am directed to a error page.

I have attached the screenshot of the error log here.

waiting for your valuable suggestions and advice.

You don’t want to include any of your Client settings in screenshots or error logs posted online.

The “The current user is not authorized to manage the Auth0 account.” error is a little out of date and being removed in the next version but you can avoid that by getting an API token and putting that into the “API token” field at Auth0 > Settings > Basic tab. You might need to do that on all the various sites.

For the login error, what are you seeing on the front end when you log in? What does the WordPress Auth0 error log say?

    Hi @auth0josh,

I have tried the way you have asked me to but still no help. I can login by wordpress login option but not via auth0 option. But after logout it is directing me to an error page.

Here are the screenshots of error logs from auth0 and wordpress.

any else you want from me to track the issue.

“but not via auth0 option” – Can you walk me through what happens? How is it not working, an error message? Something else? Can you check the console in your browser for errors?

“But after logout it is directing me to an error page.” – What does the error page say? That’s likely a URL you need to add to the Auth0 dashboard to allow logout redirects. If the error is not clear, there should be a “more information” link near the bottom that tells you more.

If you’re able to post a link to the site/sites that are having the issue, that would be helpful.

    Thanks!
