Compatibility with LiteSpeed

I understand that Litespeed Object Cache needs to be disabled to ensure compatibility with Docket Cache. However, I am wondering if all of the LiteSpeed setting under Cache -> Object need to be disabled?

Specifically, should “Persistent Connection”, “Cache WP-Admin” & “Store Transients” all be disabled (see https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#persistent-connection)?
