compatibility with listify theme

    Hi Sanjeev

    Thank you very much for maintaining such an important plugin and giving it for free. I am using listify theme on my marketplace site on which I wish to use the front end delete button on the account page.

    This is however not working well as it did on astra theme earlier.
    Unfortunately going back to astra is not an option for me now.

    Do you think there’s a work around this or should I contact the theme support?

    Really appreciate what you are doing here. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m not aware of such issues with the theme. Could you please share more details on what’s the issue? Did you check by refreshing the permalinks from Settings > Permalinks?

    Hi Sanjeev, really sorry I didn’t get back to you earlier. I haven’t been able to fix the issue. I only have an inelegant solution, i.e., adding a button on the woocommerce dashboard for front end delete. Inelegant because it shows up in the login page as well.

    The problem is that listify theme changes the layout of the woocommerce dashboard. The theme providers have agreed to list it for further development after mentioning in their reply that plugins should be developed to be theme compliant and not the other way around. Really appreciate your response. Thanks

    Oh, in that case I don’t have a solution. If the theme isn’t following the WooCommerce standards, there can be incompatibilities.

    In case it helps, you can also add a short code [wp_frontend_delete_account] anywhere or in the WooCommerce dashboard template file.
