We havent seen that, thanks for letting us know! Can you tell us which version of IE you’re using and what version of Windows you’re on?

Hi! Yes, currently running windows 7 and internet explorer 11. The site I’m working on will be used by a lot of various windows/IE users (a nonprofit). I wanted to check that it would be able to show up properly for them. I myself work on a mac + chrome. Thanks for your help and quick response!

Just wanted to follow up with you, we still need to look into this further. We should have some more information by the end of next week, the IE issues are something we’re planning to address in an update soon. Thanks again for letting us know

Hello there! We ran out of time for the last release and had to bump IE fixes to the next one, but I’ll definitely be tackling that for the next one.

HI Kerri! We just released a new version that has some IE fixes.

We weren’t able to replicate the blue border or the flashing you were seeing on hover, in Windows 7 with IE 11, but hopefully those are fixed now as well.

Just let us know and we’ll look into it further if needed.

I have the same problem on IE (i use win 8 and IE 11) and I recently updated to the Pro (literally last week). I have the issue when hovering over the cutouts, they blink and i am unable to click on the images. I am using WP 4.2.2.

Guys, you have a serious problem on your hands with this plugin. It doesn’t work with IE on 4.2.2 WP. Images just don’t show up when it set on Click. They just don’t load.

Thanks for following up. We are actively looking into this, but right now we aren’t seeing this behavior exactly. We do see some weird things in IE sometimes, but it isn’t consistent and we haven’t seen the blinking.

Can you do me a favor check these URLs to see if you encounter the same issue?
    https://wpdrawattention.com/floor-plan/
    https://wpdrawattention.com/teaching/
    https://wpdrawattention.com/tag-photos/

That site is running WP 4.2.2 and the latest Pro version. If you *do* see the problem then we may need to gather more info about your system. If you *don’t* see the problem on our site, then can you send us the URL you’re seeing this problem on? Ideally if you can give us an admin login to the site we can look specifically at what might be different on your site vs. ours. You can email additional/private information to [email protected]

Thanks again, Windows 8 / IE11 is a modern browser that we want to fully support

I see things working on your site.

I will send you the info right now. Wondering if certain css just kills it on my client site.

    Thanks, we’ll take a look!

We were able to identify the issue – some themes have an IE compatibility meta tag in the HTML head section that forces IE into a weird compatibility mode.

    It looks like this: <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=10,chrome=1″ />

Without that tag, Draw Attention works without an issue in IE9+.

This is resolved if anybody looking for similar issues. I had a problem with my theme.
