• We are using Gravity Forms to email forms to Zendesk. After activating the SendGrid plugin the emails delivered to Zendesk started showing HtML markup. I tried both content-type settings for SendGrid plugin but it made no difference.

I suspect that the SendGrid plugin touches the content of the email somehow. Can you shed some more light on this and have you tested Gravity Forms with your plugin before (it’s pretty popular)?

Here’s a screenshot of the difference I see when I have the SendGrid plugin activated and deactivated.

    Hi there,

Unfortunately we were not able to test the integration with Gravity Forms. Please let us know if you see the HTML tags when sending emails to other addresses. Also, if possible, please send us the raw email headers of a test email that you sent, even of the one you have sent to Zendesk.

    Thanks!
