Compatibility with Google Site Kit plugin

Hi, why what I have asked to observe, when a customer has the Site Kit plugin set to view analytics data from the WordPress dashboard, it still puts the cookies.
Is it possible to block this plugin so that it only sets cookies when they are accepted?
