Compatibility with French

Hi there,
Would it be possible to have compatibility with the French apostrophe coded as ’ ?
when this apostrophe is placed before a keyword starting by a vowel (replacement of the last vowel of a word by an apostrophe is common in French), the keyword is not detected at all.
That forces us to use the inappropriate apostrophe in order to make sure all the keywords are found.
