Compatibility with Flexible Shipping

    I am using “Flexible Shipping” plugin from here (https://flexibleshipping.com) which calculates shipping costs based on several criteria. Right now I am using it only to define shipping zones (countries). In the Abandoned Cart dashboard, all abandoned carts appear with 0 as shipping costs. Am I missing something, or is Abandoned Cart Lite incompatible with Flexible Shipping? Any fix / workaround possible? Thank you.

    Hi @bmscmoreira,

    The thing is we have not yet tested our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin with the Flexible Shipping plugin so we are not sure about the compatibility of these plugins. We will need to check our plugin with that plugin.

    Can you please deactivate the Flexible Shipping plugin and then check whether the shipping cost coming from the WooCommerce plugin is displaying correctly in the abandoned orders or not?
