• Hi,
    I have just installed your DK PDF plugin on a website using the Divi theme. The Divi theme has page builder called the Divi builder and when that’s enabled on a page, the DK PDF is not displayed. Is there a shortcode or something else I can do to make it work with the Divi page builder?

    Hi Glenn,

    try to use the shortcode [dkpdf-button]:
    https://wp.dinamiko.com/demos/dkpdf/doc/dkpdf-button-shortcode/

    also you can add the shortcode in your template via php with:
    <?php echo do_shortcode( '[dkpdf-button]');?>

    tell me if it works, thanks.

    Best.

    Thanks for the super fast response. Unfortunately it didn’t work. While using the shortcode (either in the builder itself or by putting it in the template) works to display the button, the resulting PDF is just the list of shortcodes that the Divi Builder uses to construct the page. (i.e. no actual content).

    It works fine on pages that don’t use the Divi Builder. I might have to have a chat to the chaps at Elegant Themes about Divi and how I might get it to work.

    Thanks

    Hi Glenn,

    I think that there is a problem with the way some page builders are building the content.

    I have another ticket related to this, but with Visual Composer Plugin:

    I don’t have Divi and Visual Composer plugin so I can’t reproduce the problem at the moment.

    Best.
