I use Disqus to manage comments. After I migrated some comments from one post to another and doing a database export (WordPress to Disqus), some of the comments that were moved are not displaying- about 2/3 of the comments migrated correctly.

With Disqus disabled, the comments have all been migrated correctly, so I assume the comments successfully moved within the WordPress database. This obviously could be an issue with Disqus, but theoretically at least all Disqus does is track/import WP comments and display them in a nicer fashion.

Any ideas? I will likely cross-post this to the Disqus plug-in forum.

    Hi Dino,

Our current version is not supporting Disqus plugin. We will check its feasibility and think to implement same. If you want to customize it,please send a mail to [email protected] with requirement.

    Thanks.

Thank you, I’m going to work on this with Diqus and report back with any findings. In general it would be a nice feature to be able to export comment edits (copies or moves) to Disqus or other 3rd party comment management services.

The Disqus plug-in offers a tool that allows for this function (Export WP Comments to Disqus), but it seems to be somewhat flawed.
