compatibility with custom status

    I installed the ‘Custom Order Status Manager for Woocommerce’ plugin. i made a custom order status and it created an email.

    Now i want to change the layout of this new email, but it doesn’t show up in decorator. How can i change the layout of this email?

  • I have the exact same issue. Even with “Booster” plugin, Decorator does not seem to be able to edit emails triggered by custom order statuses.

    Any fix for this issue, team?

    Unfortunately, the Decorator plugin doesn’t support custom email templates at the moment.

    We will look into the possibility of providing compatibility with custom email templates in future releases of the plugin.
